Instant Approval .You'll get a code at the end of the survey and then another Qualtrics page where you have to entered the url of the page of the code. I simply submitted the first code unknowingly and went to message the requester but noticed that it was already approved. So don't worry if you see the same but keep a copy of both just in case.
