Advice to Requester
"gambling casinos" are not merely "irrelevant" or "of no interest" to me, I am vehemently opposed to having anything to do with them. I don't think they should be illegal, but I will not be patronizing one. EVER. And there is literally no conceivable scenario where I would recommend that someone else do so. A tiny amount of their profits being publicly donated to a "cause" that is only weakly related is not going to change that (the cause was the "most" appropriate of a list that are nonsense for the "business" - gambling addiction would be the only one I really would have found appropriate).My state legalized online gambling in the past couple years, and the casinos and sportsbooks are literally half of all the localized advertising on tv - which just makes me hate them more.
Also also - if I saw a post from almost any business, but especially a casino, and even more especially a casino tooting its own horn about charitable donations, on Insta (assuming I still had an Insta), that poster would be immediately blocked.
