This hit was twice as long as was estimated. It took almost 30 minutes to complete for $1.50 which is akin to digital slavery. Severely underpaid.Advice to Requester
Be honest about the time that is required. 15 minutes for $1.50 is already not ideal. 29 minutes for $1.50 is downright wrong and unacceptable! Have empathy for the workers, please!!!

Advice to Requester
"employment discrimination based on criminal history" depends entirely on the job and the offense. "Selling pain pills" is entirely irrelevant to "carpentry", unless the person is likely still doing it, and that only because it makes them likely to be arrested and no longer be evailable to work. "Embezzling" is EXTREMELY relevant to, say, work in accounting (or many fields for that matter) - or corruption/bribe-taking to work in any position of governmental authority - or criminal sexual conduct with a minor to work in childcare.
