There is no place to put the survey code when finished. I did not realize that until I was ready to submit the hit. However, by the time I sent a message the hit was already approved.Requester replied to my message today after it had been approved yesterday but hey, an A for effort. Most requesters these days do not even bother to get back to you.

It redirects to a link that has an extra http in the URL that has to be deleted for it to work. The majority of the survey content comes after the demographics in the middle which is annoying.
